Terms of service

These terms govern the use of Nozzy. By using the service you accept them. The Italian version prevails in case of doubt.
1. The service
Nozzy is an online tool to create, customise and publish a wedding website with RSVP, guest list, seating plan, gift registry and photo gallery.
2. Account
To use the service you must sign up and be at least 18. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for what is done with your account.
3. Your content and your guests' data
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You are responsible for having the right to publish texts and photos and to process your guests' data, including collecting their consent where needed (for example for intolerances or allergies). You grant us a limited licence to host and display the content only to provide the service.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful or offensive content, content that infringes other people's rights, or to try to compromise its security.
5. Payments
Creating and customising the website is free. Publishing the website costs €19.95 once, shown before payment; there is no subscription. Payment is handled by Stripe.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase. As this is digital content or a digital service supplied immediately, by asking for it to be supplied straight away you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once supply is complete (the website is published).
7. Service provided “as is”
The service is offered without guarantees that it will be free of interruptions or errors. Within the limits of the law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Consumer protections remain unaffected.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can delete your wedding and its data at any time from the dashboard.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Mandatory consumer protections still apply.
